We strive to create a welcoming environment for all students. Through intention and empathy we're able to help each student grow into their ideal self.
Starting to practice yoga can be intimidating. We strive to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment whether it's your first class or you're a seasoned instructor. We don't want anyone not to practice yoga for fear of being the newbie. We welcome all experience levels at Roots!
Each class has a unique set sequence so you can grow, learn and adapt. The order of poses and flow is set. You can expect almost the same order in every class no matter the time and/or instructors (small variations may be present). The benefit of a set sequence is that the practice is a reflection of the practitioner.
